We have a hassle free returns policy, and we accept returns for any reason - sizing, style, or if you've simply changed your mind.
However, we can only offer you a store credit if you return the item for the above reasons.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
The store credit will be provided in the form of an online code that can be used at checkout online. You do not have to use the full value all at once, and the code is valid during all sales and promotions online. The store credit will not expire.
If your item is indeed faulty, we can repair or exchange it for you, offer you a refund of the original purchase price, or offer you a store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
This policy applies to all national and international orders.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders to New Zealand destinations take between 1 - 3 days. Australia between 3 - 7 working days. Rest of the world 3 - 10 working days.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names and photography are the property of yours limited. No use of these may be made without the prior written consent from yours limited. The logo, designs, advertisements, and photographic images described or displayed on the site are the intellectual property of yours limited and may not be used without permission.
By using this site, you assume full necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this site, and that yours limited shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.
